this problem has only gotten worse with time. even moving stuff around in the queue just makes some shows appear and others disappear. getting everything that's supposed to be in my queue to appear is near impossible, let alone in any particular order. if it will really fix the problem, then i'm willing to try clearing my watch history. only problem is, i can't figure out how to only clear my older history without losing my progress on current shows. the OP implies that it's possible, but i just can't see a way to do it. can anyone help?

Try removing all your CR cookies and then log back in. Some have reported that to work, but I can't see how that does anything if you watch via an app instead of a browser.

Otherwise, start at the bottom of your /home/queue and pop that to the top by clicking the up arrow to the left of the show icon.

Then refresh the page once.

Then go to the bottom again and hovering over that arrow, keep clicking the same spot to cycle through every one of your shows until you are back to the beginning. It's not difficult, only tedious, because you click the same spot over and over.

If that doesn't work, then I don't think anything else will either.

Removing your entire history might do it but then you do lose everything, including current shows. There's no way to do partial history removal, it will all be lost. (there is a way to reset a show, but that doesn't actually remove anything, it's a trick in a Chrome extension to reset the watch time to zero, not remove it)

Clearing cookies does nothing, clearing history does nothing. Cycling the queue works temporarily, but by the next day it's always reverted back to the stuff I've removed.

Where's the sticky with the admins at least acknowledging the problem?

Not a sticky, but there is at least one post from support:

that... sorta worked. i had to refresh and repeat the entire process a few times, but eventually all the shows i had added appeared. thanks for the tip. i'm just really not looking forward to having to repeat this process again and again, day after day.

Well, I keep a minimal queue, only the current simulcasts I'm watching here (24 currently), and maybe one, or at most two, catalog titles I'm working on in between. I keep them ordered in the queue by their air times, so then every night, I click the queue pendant, hit the "end" key, and pop-pop-pop the next day's few shows to the top so they are ready for me to watch when I start my Roku. That way, my queue is cycled completely every week, a few shows at a time every day. It's not a big deal for me to do that, because I visit the forums frequently anyway, and it's just one more quick task to complete before shutting down. I could see it being a pain to remember if you're not on all the time, though.

I wouldn't expect cookies to have any effect as those reside on your computer, and the queue problem extends across devices.

The problem has been acknowledged, and it has been stated an engineer has been assigned to the problem. As to it being stickied, given the number of people that clearly don't even scan for the word "queue" in topic titles before starting a new one, do you really believe that many people would notice?

I just started having issues today. My queue suddenly looked like it did a week ago putting back everything I removed and removing all the new shows I added to the queue.

Same issue came back for me a few days ago, after working nicely for a couple weeks.
