So I tried to make contact with someone on this site 3 days ago using "contact us" to report a problem im having.
I waited a day after making my purchase before first reporting that I recently purchased a premium membership but have yet to have the benefits even with the so called "Priority Response Guarantee". I just wanna watch my shows again without all the ads and seem to be wasting away a good portion of this month I paid for twiddling my thumbs while waiting for some kind of response. So now I feel forced to make one of these topics to try and get my issue solved so I can try and get at least 1 show in before im forced to pay for another month, I am not mad just rather annoyed that the money I spent is being wasted on something that I should have had.

Should be fixed. You had a gift membership on your account that didn't properly kick in. I've gifted you the amount of days you have missed due to this.

Hi. I'm having the same issue. I've been charged twice in one month and I'm still being forced to watch ads. Someone please help! I've been trying to get in touch with someone for an entire week to fix this.

The account you are writing from never had a subscription. Have used the /contact form yet?

No. But when I check my credit card statements, $6.95 has been taken out. I know I did a free trial once and then afterwards I started seeing the charges so I figured I had status.

Your case is different. Your most recent payment simply failed, probably due to a lack of funds.

Just check your funds and manually resubscribe.
