So everytime that I try to watch anime the video freezes up a lot and then I'll have to wait around 5 minutes for 1 minute of video to play. So it'll take me around 1 hour to watch 1 episode of anime. Does this happen to anyone else? Any way to fix this?

Only problem I can think of is that your internet is probably slow or you're receiving poor signal

I've moved this to the Site Support forum. There are actual several threads reporting similar issues there, so you could browse those and see if anyone has suggestions. You might see if you get better results by choosing a lower resolution.

It seems to happen more whenever there is a convention . Maybe everybody goes & leaves a skeleton crew behind ?

Probably a bandwidth problem. What are you using to watch videos?

If you are using a computer, try switching to a lower resolution and closing other programs.
If you are using a game console, the connection goes through (PSN/XBL) so it takes extra bandwidth.

Live streams from cons can slow things down but only if you have the main site page open. Or if it is a popular that was just recently posted, since a lot of people want to watch it right away.
