I know the anime ended a while back but tell me what did you actually expected the ending to be! I think it be fun to review our ideas. What if Nozaki really did confess his feeling for Chiyo in the anime! What would if become for Mikoto aka Mikorin?! Feel free to write your own ideal ending of the anime.

Express your personal opinion and don't be shy.

Meh, Does Nozaki even like her though?

The entire anime it really didn't feel like he did, mind you its been ages since I have watched it.

It didn't really feel like a romance to be honest, which im glad. since most romance is forced drama.

I honestly would have preferred the drama guy and girl to get together lol.

It will most likely be an open ending.

i will say you have a point there AzazelOfNezium, but he does have respect for Chiyo. I have no idea what else to say because it still havent been made official that they got together, maybe he clueless or he too into his manga work.

No, he doesn't. She is ugly, annoying, horrible, and she stands no chance. Worthless, waste of a character, that doesn't even get any gags, just narrates stuff. Every other character at least has a "personality".

Nozaki-kun isn't a romance focussed show. Stop trying to make one out of it.

I hate to be that "in the manga" guy, but there was an interesting addition to the stuff from the last ep in the manga.

Nozaki doesn't get his entrance ribbon/flower/whatever, so Chiyo takes off one of her hair ribbons and gives it to him. She then ties her hair back with the one remaining ribbon and runs off.

Later that night a sleep deprived Nozaki has pretty much forgotten everything about her but her hair tied back by one ribbon and designs Mamiko (the main character from his manga) after her.

So I think that on some level he likes her, and there is a route for the two of them to get together.

Haven't read the manga, but this is the impression I got from the show.

I don't think it would have been good for the show to try to rush the romance. It feels to me like a relationship that still has a lot of development ahead of it. It should be taken slowly, with a lot of comedy along the way.
