I'm a pretty intense anime geek. I spend most of my free time reading manga, watching anime, or rearranging my figmas. Definitely not a weeb though.

I'm also a sports geek. I mainly focus on hockey. You could ask me any time throughout the season what the standings look like, or who's leading the scoring race. I am also familiar with the advanced stats for the players on my favourite team. Go 'Yotes!

I'd say I'm a video game geek as well, but I generally just play JRPGs like the Tales and Final Fantasy, or sports games like NHL and MLB. I have a pretty large collection of classics like Kingdom Hearts and .hack, among others.

I wouldn't really consider myself a "nerd," because according to the Internet, nerds don't have a social life. I have a social life, even if it mostly consists of my friends forcing me to hang out with them. It's not that I'm socially inept or anything, I just really don't enjoy social interaction.

Let's define our terms:
A nerd craves company--desperately, annoyingly, embarrassingly--but doesn't have the social experience with which to get it.
A geek shuns company, except for a small select one that can prove its dedication to the same chosen field (like games, computers, comics, anime, etc.
A geek could tell you everything that happened on the last three seasons of Game of Thrones; a nerd is the guy who DOES tell you everything that happened on the last three seasons of Thrones, whether you asked or not, just because you happened to be sitting next to him on the bus.

One is social inexperience, the other is acquired technical experience...Geek and proud.

I suppose I am a geek as I usually become enthusiastic about video games and entertainment as opposed to the intricacies of math and science. I prefer the warmth of philosophy over cold hard numbers. The meta game makes the game playable, the abstraction makes the game attractive.

Yeah, I'm a nerd and a geek about all sorts of things. To even attempt to deny it would be a joke. As for being a weeaboo, I'm going to have to say no. Sure, I like Japanese culture and would love to learn to read/speak the language fluently, but I'm not Japanese and don't pretend and/or wish I was.

I'm a nerd. I read a lot and write a lot due to both necessity and desire.

Not really a geek since I'm not that into many games or comics or anything. Not a weeaboo since I have no anime merchandise and barely watch any anime compared to most people here. And I was adopted and raised by a very Japanese grandmother.

Also is there a distinct difference between nerd & geek?
Both are often used in the same way.

I thought I was a nerd, but nerds are supposed to be smart. I'm more of a pseudo-intellectual that just happens to like nerdy shit lol

I'm more of a nerd. I have a 4.0 gpa in college and I study and read a lot. Even though my major is in mathematics, I know the most about Christian theology. I like some dorky and childish things too. But yeah, I reek of nerd.

You have very different definitions of nerd and geek than I and many people I speak with do.

"Accurate"? Is that the word you're looking for?
