A lot of people on the forums seem to like the Monogatari series and it's been in my queue for a while, so seeing how many people loved it and how well it did in the Best Anime Ever tournament I decided to move it up my queue and started watching Bakemonogatari last week. Just finished it earlier today, and it was really good. Going to watch the next in the series. Gotta love those head tilts!

I am not actually familiar with the series. Maybe I will need to look into it soon. Since Fairy Tail is never ending(feels that way haha) I seem to have an endless supply of episodes in between waiting for new ones of my current series.

I miss Fairy Tail on Friday nights I hope it's not on hiatus for too long. I heard that there are supposed to be a few OVAs and maybe a movie coming out while it's on break though, so we might see some Fairy Tail before it comes back. No idea when that will be though.

Hahaha! I know what you mean! You should see my to-watch list. It just keeps growing. Whenever people talk about shows they like I always look them up and if they sound interesting I add it to my queue. Have watched some pretty good shows that way too! So yeah, endless supply of episodes! Not that that's a bad thing though

I am only about 130 episodes into Fairy Tail, but was very sad to read it concluded. I have been looking at ordering Fairy Tail the Movie: Phoenix Priestess, but was not sure. Have you watched this?

Yes, we've watched it a few times. It's a pretty good movie. The kids really liked it. Separate story not related to anything else in Fairy Tail, but we enjoyed it. Similar to the Fullmetal Alchemist: Sacred Star of Milos movie. Same main Fairy Tail characters, new story with new characters added, but a fun/enjoyable movie. Do you have a Funimation subscription? It's on there and you can watch it before ordering if you want to see if you like it.

I do not currently have a sub to Funimation. I have found it pretty reasonably priced though. Doesn't Fullmetal Alchemist: Sacred Star of Milos pick up where Fullmetal Alchemist left off? I read that it does. Just curious because I watched the older series and was trying to decided what order to watch the films in. Any thoughts?

Sacred Star of Milos is a separate movie from the series. I enjoyed it, but a lot of people didn't. Conqueror of Shamballa is the one you would want to watch after seeing the 2003 series. I meant the Fairy Tail movie though. It's also on Funimation and you could watch it before ordering. You probably have to have a subscription though, although I think they have a free trial you could do also.

Thanks so much! I will most likely look into a trial I have fallen behind again on some of my series. It is that time of year haha.

I'm watching Bananya this season with my kids and they're really liking it. It's super cute and silly. I mean - it's about banana cats, what's not to like

My kids saw the first few episodes with me and thought it was weird, but cute and they wanted to watch more

Bananya was great. My kids loved it & it ended well. The way the narrator took it like a serious documentary style series made the show.

Whats everyone watching in the new Fall Season?

I am planning to watch 2 of those - Yuri on Ice & Haikyuu. LOVED Haikyuu, looking forward to start S3 soon.

I'm also watching Crane Game Girls Galaxy and Pokemon Generations.

Everyone should watch Pokemon Generations...

No really
