Sexting is weird to me, but if people want to do it, who the fuck cares as long as they aren't underage.

Texting is no where near private. It was revealed a long time ago that the government (at least in the United States) keeps record of most if not all texts, including the nude ones. If someone sexts, a government official will have first-hand access to their nude pictures.

Yes ladies and gentlemen, the government can look at your privates if you send them technologically anywhere. Email or text.

I love that Dramatical Murder game you have in your avatar

Thank you very much! Normally I'm not into yaoi, but I found the story between Ren and Aoba so romantic and appealing; Manly tears shed. I aint even gonna front. Dramatical Murder certainly has a unique storyline. 'Tis a shame its anime didn't live up to that standard, I've been told.

As a long time Daily Show fan I had to follow John Oliver to HBO! He is really great, and I love the structure of his show. Some of those segments are actually making a difference, which is awesome!

Ah yes, that's what drew me to him as well! Oliver has far exceeded my expectations, that's for sure. His show is phenomenal. I learn something new with every episode it feels like. I actually bought a "Jeff the Diseased Lung in a Cowboy Hat" mascot t-shirt. I wear it around every chance I get, haha! And yes, it's my first time seeing a show make such an impact. It's brilliant, really.

The only episode that didn't teach me something new was the recent Trans segment. I was proud of myself for that one. I am informed... about some things!

Doesn't it feel good to watch an episode of John Oliver and go... "I already know this." And just walk away from the screen...

That's how I feel. Most certainly.

I was watching it with my sister and a friend and we all looked at each other when it was over and were like, "We all already know this stuff. Go us."

If they aren't underage and they understand the possible consequences, then I have no problem with it. Have fun. Humans are animals and just like every other animal, we're into sex for one reason or another. Making it illegal would just cause more problems than it solves. People are going to do it and there are already child porn laws in place to help with younger people.

There are possible consequences to it, without a doubt. However, I don't think I really would want to live in a society that is free of consequences because we've made anything with consequences illegal. I think people should be informed of them and if they choose to take that risk, then they have to be responsible for what happens after that.

It's like going sky diving. I would say that the consequences that could arise from going sky diving are much graver than sexting, but I don't think there should be laws against it. I think people should be aware and make their own decisions.

It's so awkward when you catch someone in the act; a middle aged man was sitting next to me one evening on a train comIng home from work texting with a big grin on his face, so I glanced over and saw something regretful. Other than that, I don't think much of it nor participate in the act.

I find it pretty trashy, and I would never send lewd pictures of myself to anyone (not like they would want to see my bloated corpse of a body anyway). Besides, stuff like that could be used against you. They could be posted somewhere shady online and would never completely go away. Unfortunately you can't stop dumb people, especially teenagers, doing stupid things. They just got to learn the hard way.

If your stupid enough to send naked photos of your self to someone that would or could use them in a rather unfortunate way than it is probably your job to deal with the situation, if anything, when something goes wrong there will be a learning experience from it XD
Moral of the story, don't be an idiot

This is why you must make it so there's an exchange of nudes for mutual assured destruction
