Like it said, I would want female voices on what they want to get their satisfaction out of games or rather what they want.
As some is quite over the top.
While some want more "heros" as females or stronger partner (without going full male or should I just say trans )

When I hear from some they like mind games or more smooth movements and actions done maybe in a seducing way (like taking off the gloves with thier teeths) or in very few cases being attractive that few times works out well (even though I don't know what women likes, sometimes they just like hostile behavior ).

So do you think we got enough from before?
(fine with most MMO's etc)
Do you wish a certian characteristic?
(without making the game similar to Telltales games of how they do it)
What genre or how do you wish they would go with games?
(if you want something like RS, WoW, and if they should have more focus on character etc)
Animation and artstyle that you like?
(something like candy crush so fantasy, grim/gothic etc)

I do think that many female gamers buy from aesthetic and becoms appealing to females (candy crush) and why I feel there is a lot of females on a game I have Folk Tale http://www.gamesfoundry.com/

Hmmm...I personally enjoy RPG's and JRPG's but I do love other games, especially my addiction to the LoL MOBA.

Age of Empires II is a game I love to death and all of my siblings have a copy because we grew up on it. I love my Nintendo64 games, but who the hell doesn't. AC, Skyrim, LoZ, LoL, Jak 2 & 3, KH, FF, Ori, Last of Us, Batman (some of these are awesome), Portal, and Naruto Storm.

I don't know about other females, but really, if it's a great game typically both genders enjoy the damn thing. While I normally don't enjoy violent or scary games normally, I still played Last of Us because it's a bloody damn great game.

So I guess what gets me hooked is a great story, colorful atmosphere, humor, great combat, or just an overall good game. It's not really all that different from guys.

Dark and grim games are normally not my style, but I will play them if they're awesome.

Yeah loved AoE ll the story mode was great (the third I found fun but the 3D aspect also made a lot of bugs etc that ruined some gameplay, I found with train to capture etc was fun also having a home town to get stuff from)

I don't game enough nor have enough female gamer friends/acquaintances to contribute any significant data points or anecdotes, so let me just share this:

http://www.npr.org/sections/money/2015/04/03/397321383/episode-615-a-12-year-old-girl-takes-on-the-video-game-industry

I think it's an excellent piece regarding some of the issues related to sex/gender in the gaming industry, including what girls women want in games. I might even post it over in that other thread.

ETA: direct link to transcript in case you'd rather read than listen (though I personally recommend listening):

Well, one of my best friends is female and a gamer (far, far more of a gamer than I am..), though she doesn't want to create an account here just to post in this thread. So, in no particular order, she'd like:
Interesting character designs.. including useful looking clothing/armor for both sexes
Great story & gameplay for those games that need it
Minimap

But, as she says:

"what we want in games" is kind of broad. I like a lot of different games, and different things in each one. Story is nice but if the game play is dull (like in later FF games) then I feel like I'd just be better off watching a TV show instead. But, I do like good stories coupled with fun game play. Of course, I also like games that don't even have stories, so... It varies.

I can say that she plays a lot of side scrollers (Mega Man and such), Halo, RPGs (especially MMOs with her guild, which she is one of the leaders in due to skill). About the only game I can beat her in is Soul Calibur, really, otherwise she's way ahead of me.

I enjoy playing several roles rather being confined to one. I'm straying a bit away from jrpgs that are very linear. I like having the option ccustomizing my own character. I like games that balance story and freedom well, dragon age being an example of that. I also love interacting inside the story and developing relations in the game (puts attachment on the world itself).

So basicly more games around the idea (options) of the sims series?
