At this point, I think the problem has to be with my internet connection. I disabled my firewall and antivirus software on both my laptop and desktop computer, and the problem was still there. I was even able to test another desktop PC on the wired connection, and no luck. I've power cycled my router/modem multiple times now, and I've never setup any sort of bandwidth management or router rules.

Are there any known issues with specific ISPs? My ISP is Time Warner Cable, and I've rarely had issues with them in the past relating to video streaming.

Is there any other way to troubleshoot my connection to Crunchyroll video servers? I ran tracert/ping tests in the command prompt to this server: cp150757.edgefcs.net, but the results looked normal.

There have been issues mentioned with TWC ip addresses not being discovered correctly... What do you see as the "Detected Country" in light grey when you scroll to the bottom of the contact page here? /help?topic=contact

Your system details:
Detected country: US (United States of America)
Browser user agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/43.0.2357.132 Safari/537.36
Adobe Flash version: 18.0.0

Here's the info at the bottom of that page for me:

Detected country: US (United States of America)
Browser user agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/43.0.2357.132 Safari/537.36
Adobe Flash version: 18.0.0
Javascript enabled: true

I'm also using a dynamic IP address. Could that be causing any issues?

Did you try flushing DNS from a DOS "cmd" window prompt?

ipconfig /flushdns

Other than that I got nothing else...

Yes, I've tried flushing the DNS as well as releasing and renewing my IP. Thanks for the suggestions, I'm going to keep investigating my network and see if I notice anything unusual. If anyone knows how to troubleshoot a network issue like this, please share anything that might be useful

Unfortunately, I don't really have anything else to add, but did want to suggest maybe bringing up this issue to CR support thru the Contact Us link located on the bottom of any CR web page, and letting them know everything that you've tried, or maybe just showing them this thread so that they can see everything you've tried already.

Edit:

Oh, but I did want to ask, do u have problems reading manga as well?

And as Asharka pointed out, there were problems with Time Warner not too long ago, but it seems u are being detected properly. But just in case, I'll try to ask some of the Time Warner members on here if everything is ok with watching videos.

I can view manga normally. I'll try to contact CR again and see if they can do anything more for me. Thanks to everyone for helping me this far

Figured I would post an update since I found a temporary "solution". I tried downloading a third party app mentioned in this thread http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-900861/for-those-getting-constant-freezing-in-the-flash-player-premium-required, and so far I've had no video playback issues.

Obviously this isn't ideal as I would prefer to not sign into a third party app with my login info, but I highly doubt I will get any further support from CR. Give it a shot if you're desperate

I noticed every time it stopped playing video the WiFi useage would drop to zero then freezes . I gave up on it and switched out computers . I now have my old gaming PC back in the living room just so I can stream one stinking channel ! Fumination , Netflix , Hulu , everybody else works fine , just CR has the issues . If it starts with this computer I'll probably cancel the service. I can get better service elsewhere and have actual customer support .
