im mainly a roku user.
This happened to me yesterday. And about 2 months ago.
The first time this happened I added shows on my roku however it "forgot them" . I solved this by simply useing the website to remove the shows and re-add them. That solved the problem then.

However, this time the shows dont even show as added and when i try and add them i get the "show already in queue" error (see attachment)

P.s. Please forgive any spelling errors as I am typing on android.

Same issue. We use PC (Chrome), iPad, AppleTV, and gaming console to watch shows. Problems adding and removing on all queues. Even the "move to top first" thing only worked for a day.

This issue just started for me a couple days ago. I initially had not added Summer 2015 shows to my queue then on Wednesday (2 days ago) I did, and removed the ones I completed. My Roku showed up everything fine, then yesterday everything reverted back to its original queue prior to adding the Summer 2015 shows. Just now I tried to remove and add the shows, and get the error that the shows are in my queue already. I don't want to have to search them and watch them that way, otherwise what is the point of having a queue option? I hope they resolve this soon, cause there is no point to be paying for a service that doesn't work.

Edit: I looked up and noticed that my Flash plugin was disabled (I have it set to auto disable when it is out of date) I updated it and re enabled it, and checked out my queue and was able to see my queue as it was when I added the 2015 Summer shows. I have also verified that it adjusted on my Roku also. I can't say this is an actual "fix" or anything for it, but it may help those to check to be sure their flash is up to date, maybe. I will have to check again tomorrow to see if the issue still happens though, as I do not believe this would be the source of the issue. It could just be a coincidence. I should note I am using a Roku 3.

Update: Well, my queue reset itself. So this still seems to be an ongoing issue with CR. Now it won't even let me do the work around as before. Every time I move to a new page on CR after removing shows my queue is reset back to normal. I haven't seen anywhere CR addressing the issue either. Seems pretty lazy considering so many people are having the issue.

My queue is working.
I don't know if crunchy fixed it or if I just found a work around.

The following was preformed on a roku
I removed a show from my queue. It was a show I had in the front, and that I had completed. (I was waiting till I did my bulk update to MAL)
I there exited the app and immediately ready opened it I say the show was still gone.
I then went to add a show I wanted to add yesterday.
In the simulcast many I saw that it was showing as added.
I went to the queue and saw it was in fact there along with all tht other shows I added.

TL;DR
Do the following.
1) remove a show from your queue
2) exit the app (remember I was using a roku)
3) ready launch the app
4) check your queue.

Edit 1: I just checked the website. And it is updated and current as well

Edit 2: I have found a few more problems
1) only additions done today may be seen
2) old shows may not be removed and show back up.
And the one I described earlier is
No additions may be made.

Right now my queue seems to show one of the following
1) My queue as it was a wek ago (current episode is the only thing updating )
2) my queue with the changes I made yesterday.
3) my additions added today

May as well throw my hat into the ring of having this issue, just showed up yesterday and now again tonight. It was fine earlier in the day after fixing it overnight/early in the morning when it first showed up. But now my queue reset itself back to a pre-summer season queue that was from maybe a month ago. Only started with these summer 15 shows as I've never had this issue before.

I've have shows I've removed from my queue popping back into my queue I've have shows that I've added disappearing from my queue I've deleted everything from my queue and readded them and then had everything revert back to the way it is I have tried on linking my account for my Roku and no matter what I do it seems like its still reverting please help

PC here, been having this issue for a fair few weeks now. Moving things around in your queue can sometimes get it to update but lately it's been all over the place, removing shows from queue at random and adding things that I removed six weeks ago back to queue. I also can't add new shows to the queue.

Does anyone know if Crunchy is trying to fix this?

Just another me too, as my queue is also messed up.

It wasn't working too from sometime last season, and now today it decided to reset itself to how it was last season causing all of this seasons titles to be removed and all the old ones I've seen to be re-added. Though sometimes it seems to revert back to how I want it with this seasons titles.

I've been doing the whole deleting items and moving them around for a while now, but it hasn't helped much, or at best it helps temporarily.

As well as a web browser I access using an Apple TV and an iPhone (iOS app).

Yes. It has been stated elsewhere in this section of the forum (more than once) that an engineer has been assigned to the task.

This problem seems to be getting worse for me, at first it'd let me change things but then it'd revert back to what it was then next time I opened Crunchyroll up but now it won't let me do anything! I'd really like to get rid of the spring anime and add the summer ones right now but I can't :'(

I have been having this problem since the Summer season began. Reported it twice, but everyday my queue resets itself to what it was 24 hour earlier. I am glad I'm not the only one having this problem. It would have been nice if CR had been up front with me and said "Yeah, a lot of people are having this problem and we have no idea how to fix it, sorry."

I feel like Bill Murray in the movie "Groundhog Day" where he keeps living the same day over and over again.

Oh well, I will just ignore that there is a queue for now and just load off the UPDATED page. Small annoyances.

How big is your Queue ?? I had problems but kept downsizing my Queue until things started to be OK

You might have to do it a few times! I have no problems now!

I have tried several different things. I have completely emptied my queue three times and the next day everything I deleted is back. I am doing nothing different than I have done for the last several years with no issues.

Instead of emptying it, have you tried cycling through the whole thing, by starting with the bottom show, and clicking the up arrow to the left of the picture (popping it to the top) repeatedly on each show that becomes the bottom, until you have done them all, to get back to your original spot?
