I like marriages, because I like commitment. I wouldn't plan on moving in with my significant other until marriage, so new things would happen.

If someone wants to marry another person who wants to marry that person, then go nuts. Personally I don't think it's that important though.

Marriage is like a sword. If you can wield it, it can become a powerful weapon. If you cannot, it will only be heavy burden. Marriage is important, but it's not a priority in life. Marriage helps create more communities and brings the current ones together! Before you find marriage, find love. It is your master on teaching you how to wield that soon-to-be weapon of yours. Quite a samurai-like way to see it, but it sounds AWESOME, right?

Marriage is rather like a sword, I agree.

Marriage is what you make it.

Emotional Level: That is important as you want it to be.
Financial Level: You want that marriage.

The problem with marriage is that there's no good exit strategy.

It usually ends on a bad note, since marriage is often described as joining two souls as one. In that sense, it would be extremely painful separating two souls from each other. It explains life in a way. It's hard to get into one and it's easier to get out of one. Being at the pinnacle means that if you stop trying, you'll eventually fall back to your original state.

Thank you. I'd say "Takes one to know one" to show that you are also super awesome, but you're not really a metaphor... Haha!

That marriage is often described in the terms of the conjugation of magical spirits, is rather demonstrative, no?

Heh, that is true. I suppose it is the ideal way of marriage, unfortunately reaching that standard is a lot harder than it sounds.
