I've got a good one. This is a 100% true story and I'll try to tell it as truthfully and intellectually honestly as possible. When I was a sophomore in high school I was dating this girl, let's call her Jane. When Jane was growing up, her best friend was her next door neighbor who was the same age as her, let's call her Emily. Emily had some serious family problems and her dad abused her in many different ways, it was very sad to hear about. Her mom was sort of messed up too, but I don't want to be detailed about these things. Needless to say, Emily lived in a pretty messed up household. She moved away when Jane was in middle school and that was the last they spoke to each other.

So while I was dating Jane, she found out that Emily had hanged herself a couple of days before. Jane was very upset, of course. And that's where the story should've ended, but it didn't. Within the span of the next few days, Jane started having nightmares and her fan kept turning on by itself. I didn't believe in ghosts so during the time, I just dismissed it as her being a little crazy and that there were perfectly rational explanations for what she was claiming. But I did my best to comfort her and not try to test her claims and nitpick at them (even though I was sort of curious). It got to the point where she started feeling sick being in her room and was convinced it was haunted or something so she slept downstairs on the couch.

I still wasn't buying it. I mean she could make these claims and talk about nightmares but I had to experience it myself to even consider such outrageous claims. She made several other claims that I can't prove such as pictures of her and Emily appearing on her bed in the middle of the night and the fan turning on when it was unplugged but I mean, who would believe that unless they saw it for themselves?I wasn't condescending though because I knew she was very upset over her friend's death so I did my job as her boyfriend to be comforting. But the more she made the claims, the more creepy they were beginning to sound. Was it that Emily wanted to say goodbye to Jane or tell her something? Even if that was true, I couldn't possibly know.

It was about a week after we found out about Emily's death that Jane decided to go back into her room for the night. Things got a bit heated and I asked her for a certain type of picture. She sent it to me and I stared at the picture and noticed something truly frightening. In the background of the picture was a totally white face staring into the camera. I saw it with my own eyes and deleted that picture so fast. But the image is still fresh in my mind to this day. I told Jane and it freaked her out obviously and she slept downstairs for another week. But after that image, nothing happened again. There was no way it was a real person just because of the way it looked. And Jane was in a kind of position where she wouldn't want other people to see, if you know what I mean. I'd been in her room enough to know that there aren't any stuffed animals or masks that could create that kind of illusion. I've thought of this event so many times and I've concluded that Jane was legitimately scared and not trying to mess with me. That's the only paranormal, unexplainable thing I've ever personally witnessed/experienced. And it's by far the spookiest thing I've ever seen.

Probably the corpse of a man who hanged himself in one of our rooms. He left a suicide note that I chose not to read. He looked peaceful and it was a good thing the room was cool since it was already smelling a little funky. A hot room would've made it worse.

Or one instance where I saw someone get partially decapitated. The neck wasn't completely sawed through so the spinal cord was intact. He was trying to scream out of the gaping stump of his neck through damaged vocal cords and it sounded like pig squeals. It was quite a horrible noise and it took him nearly a minute or so to stop.
