Played with Legos, camped, read a ton of books at the library and at home, went bug-catching or fishing for crayfish at the park, built random things I saw in arts and crafts books, dug holes in my backyard for various reasons, played with fire and other dangerous things, made mummies, rode my bike, attacked trees using random tools, played handball.

I've stepped on more damn legos..............

Legos are probablt the best toys, though. I've stepped on many in my time but they hold the intrigue of endless possibility. If you're creative, a large box will last you a lifetime. They are good for other purposes, too. I made aquarium ornaments out of Legos and those worked nicely.

As a kid on weekends I used to get up at 6am to watch Saturday morning cartoons then I'd go to my friends place since they had satalite TV and I could watch Power Rangers there. Then we'd go out to a field nearby and play Power Rangers and Turtles calling for other friends on the way. Sometimes we'd play Sega Mega Drive or SNES at somebodies house. Sometimes the park to play Football.

As a teenager we just sort of sat around listening to music or watching anime, went to gigs, played D&D,Warhammer, video games stuff like that..

Hmm... I was a pretty busy child, so it's either piano or ballet lessons as a child, then stage play practices as a teenager (I was a theatre geek), or volunteering for welfare work, or shopping with my parents. Didn't really hang out at malls much with friends like a lot of teenagers do nowadays.

Hmmm... Teen years, very active. Always a marathon of activities. An example amongst many ---

Friday night: Meet up with the buds and crash in someone's place.
Saturday very early morn: Go take a bus out of town, swim, eat, hike up in the mountains til dusk, then head back.
Saturday pm til Sunday afternoon: Visit a diner, go gaming with lil to no sleep. Play bball, tennis, and part ways.

I don't really remember what I did as a kid. Probably just looked at the boys play basketball in the street, and ride my bike to my "friend"'s house. Now, I just sit and watch anime. And go to piano lessons.

In my childhood, I would play outside with friends/my dogs, go to the park near my house, and swim (at least during the summer).
In my teen years, I'd hang out with friends but not on every weekend, due to conflicting schedules. When I wasn't with friends I was in my room on my computer.
