Pasteurizing =/= full of chemicals. The amount of protein you get from milk is minimal compared to what the rest of your diet should give you. Here's the list of ingredients to box ready almond milk.

Water, Almond (2%), Calcium (Tri-Calcium Phosphate), Sea Salt, Stabilisers (Locust Bean Gum, Gellan Gum), Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin), Vitamins (Riboflavin (B2), B12, E, D2)

sweetened;

Water, Sugar, ALMOND (2%), Calcium (Tri-Calcium Phosphate), Sea Salt, Stabilisers (Locust Bean Gum, Gellan Gum), Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin), Vitamins (Riboflavin (B2), B12, E, D2), May contain traces of HAZELNUTS

all manufactured, and added chemicals

If you make it yourself you'll soak almonds overnight then blitz the lot with some water in a blender then strain. You'll get a little calcium, a little iron, a few of the B vitamins, Vitamin A & C and potassium from the almonds You still have to remember to look for other daily nutrients elsewhere.

Milk is no longer just Milk. It has not been that way for years and years and years. And the ingredients you just listed are not man made chemicals/ pesticides, etc. But it's ok. It's all a learning process. We are all at different levels of knowledge.

Both, I do love almond milk and whole milk, depending what I want to drink that day. lol whole milk is good to make milkshakes. <3

1. there is nothing wrong with protein. I did not say that at all. Milk is full of protein meant for raising and growing more cows. Too much than is meant for a human. Which ...leads to lovely obese children (one of the many many many reasons)

2. You get natural protein from beans, and green veggies.

3. and Juice from juicing...not the artificial stuff...which again... I said that. Of course whole fruits and veggies are better, but the juice is just the "water" of them.

Anyway, I suppose you will still disagree. It's tough to be open minded and not be snarky or rude to someone.

I prefer light soymilk, preferably vanilla, over regular milk. No real health or moral reason, either. I just prefer the taste.

Gotta drink that stuff straight out the cows titty. But nah, i don't know how lactose intolerant people do it, everything but full cream natural milk tastes like asshole.

Whole cow milk but I really want to try sheep milk, and I like horchata, but it's better for me to drink whole cow milk. I also like the psuedo soy milk that's berry flavored....

The ingredients I listed are heavily processed. Milk doesn't have that. The risk of chemicals getting in milk is dependent on how the cows that produce the milk are taken care of so it'd vary depending on the source.

Regular milk. It's what gives me my muscles, bruh. Other types of milk like Almond are okay to have every once in a while though.
