I don't know about you, but women are constantly questioning my ability to think

What I feel or would like to say is that.
Females got better reasoning then males (execpt in maybe puzzles? think they did a study on that) but I don't know anything on how much most think from what I have seen is that feelings taking over thinking (or males when pissed off?).
Since the females maybe have a better reasoning and could lead to not much "needed" thinking, or where the males question stuff more so I would like to say more philosophical)

What are good indicators that someone is overly emotional?

When people are angry they may become violent with others. So which sex commits the greatest number of violent acts? Males.
When people are depressed they may attempt suicide. So which sex suicides more? Males.

What are some good indicators of robust cognition?

People who think clearly are less likely to make serious mistakes. So which sex has fewer car accidents? Females.
Someone who has good judgment will make healthier lifestyle choices. So which sex has a greater life expectancy? Females.

Face up to facts: Men are the feelers, women are the thinkers.

Is this another thread about sexism?

If so, whatever I'm out.

I believe that at the core, females approach things in life in a "feeling" way, and men approach things in life in a "thinking" way.

This is not to say men don't feel or women don't think, obviously. It is just that women tend to insert feelings in how they approach something and men are able to think about things in a non feeling way.

I'm at the point where I am so emotionally detached because I have over thought about so many things with feelings attached to my thought processes.

What do you think? Where are you at on this? Don't bombard me with "this is a sexist statement". I did say I believe, I didn't say we all are.

If your male and you think that way good luck. Women are so far more complex then guys it may scare males and i mean that in the most complementary way possible. If not for the burden of baby making women would far surpass men in almost anything.

And how do you want to help these men in this position? It is easy to state a fact without taking variables.

Males are expected to be the bread winners. They get shafted in child possession hearings. Men spend more time in jail for same crimes... etc.al.

My point being, both sexes have to deal with shit. If you want to bring in feelings... PMS. Did I really need to bring that up?

Edit: Fun fact: Male managers at the restraint chain "Hooters" have locks on the INSIDE of their doors. Women's periods synchronize. This has lead to violent crime to the male managers.

So if men had periods there would be more wars?

How would you even know the difference? It's not like you can just switch brains for a day to compare

Yeeeah... The period synchronising thing is a myth, it's so stupid though lmao.

I know it's besides the main topic... But I'm not sure that I'm comfortable with the description that depression is caused by high levels of emotion. If anything it's a void of emotion.

Ridiculous overgeneralizations that just tends to illustrate the originators biases .
