I had the same problem last week, don't remember the series.

When I watch (Classroom Crisis) the video freezes, which happends, but it doesn't start to buffer, it actualy runs, after a freeze of, say 15 seconds, it comes back, but I lost those 15 seconds. I can live with rebuffering and slow lines now and again, but this is making the video completely worthless.

Shouldn't this be posted in the support section.

I don't know how to fix the issue though, I've had it in the past and it seemed to just sort itself out. Tried clearing cache?

I had occasional freezing, but I updated a driver and it was fixed.

Probally because support isn't much help . I also been having issues & e-mailing support . Their comment of "buy a different device" doesn't sit to well with me .

I used to contact support directly, but found that posting the problems I had was a better way of doing things, as others would see that they weren't alone in having these problems.

I've noticed support will only answer 2 e-mails than goes silent . First it's the general cut and paste response . Then it's "yes , we know our web app is broken. Buy something else" . Why ? The website is suppose to be the main place to stream shows ? Or not...

Because they don't want to be bothered w/ using their funds to fix their shit. They'd rather focus on getting their service on every single device out there and acquiring as much anime licenses as possible...*facepalm* I remember when they said they were going to roll out a HUGE update to their web player and cdn servers in 2014....it's almost 2016 now, are you fucking kidding me?

kodi (formerly xbmc) seems to work well, the crunchroll plugin is included in the default repository. Keep in mind premium is required to use the plugin You can also set kodi to buffer the entire show but in general even without increasing buffer it seems to work better than browser, apps and some devices. kodi does take up your full screen, not sure if you like to watch full screen or not.

I'm having the same issue while watching any anime... Sometimes when i'm watching, it will stop and require a refresh to play again. This has been happening for a while and i'm starting to get irritated.
