My wife has over DD breast size and on top of that they are not the same in size. Has anyone had/have experience with this? One side is over DD and the other is somewhere around D or less. No bra fits right. They are a no touch zone as they tend to get hurt easy. Does the nipple lose feeling and if so how much %. rest of breast lose feeling? If we do decide to go ahead with it would size C be a good size. She is athletic but can't run and we just don't know of all the effects this can have.

If anyone out there can give a rundown of pros & cons, ending size, effects physically and mentally/emotionally we would be very greatful.

I am a man, but my friends little sister (the poor girl) had DD's at the age of 16. She just recently got breast reduction surgery. She was incredibly happy with the results. I can list some of the pro's she told me, though I got no cons from her other than the cost.

Pro:
No more back pain.
Running is easier (less pain).
Feels more self confident (she keeps fluffing them now >.<)

She ended at a C as well. Doesn't regret a thing.

I hope my limited knowledge helps a bit on this!

P.S. My mother and sister are both D's so I know a bit about the pain, especially at my mothers age of 50. She had lower back pains until she stared really loosing weight (down from 150 to 130!). Her breasts shrank a bit too. Her back is much better now, and she also feels better about herself. I think if it really causes these issues, she should do it.

P.S.S: I don't know about nipples loosing feeling... Not going to ask a 16 year old girl that X)

My sister (older than 16) had it done as well. She has zero complaints about going to a C cup and had no issues that she's told any of us about, and she can play sports again, but I'm not 100% sure if she had them done after her two kids or between so I don't know about any issues in that area.

I've moved this over to our Advice, Info, Recommendations forum, so hopefully more folks will be able to join in with more info. I'm afraid I don't have much to offer.
