The queue isn't working on either the main website or the Android app. It will not update, and constantly reloads previous queue settings. I've removed shows many, many times and yet they'll magically appear on my queue again. I also cannot add shows to my queue. Initially I thought it was because I had too many on there, but at random intervals they will either show up or disappear without any rhyme or reason.

It's frustrating to me that I'm paying for a premium service, but experiencing annoying bugs to an integral part of the service that are not allowing me to take advantage of what I'm paying for. It's a real pain in the *** to deal with on my phone because navigating around is much more of a hassle. I can't follow series with any kind of ease. I'm constantly forced to go browse the updated section to check and see if anything I'm following has been updated. It's not a big issue for shows you've been following for a while, but new series; I'm not familiar with when they update, so without constantly referring to the release schedule, I'm forced to check until I memorize when they'll be released.

Please expedite the process of repairing the queue.

Actually, I was well aware that there were other posts prior to my own.

The idea being, put a fire under their *** to get a move on.
