Dude, that's because girls take gropes differently than guys?

"For women, sexual harassment was distressing when they saw it as frightening, but not when they saw it as bothersome. “We were surprised by this finding,” Settles said. “We thought women would be negatively impacted if they saw their harassment as frightening or bothersome.”

For men, sexual harassment was distressing when they saw it as either frightening or bothersome, she said.

“People tend to underestimate the impact of sexual harassment on men,” Settles said. She added that men “typically haven’t had a lifetime of experiences dealing with sexual harassment and may not know how to deal with it when it happens to them.”"

Where exactly do you get your information from? While not all research find the exact same finding that the above study does, that isn't to say that men are universally fine with sexual harassment, and it certainly doesn't suggest that the two cases should be treated different socially or legally...

Cant say that i had a problem but its still a double standard, especially when these days we are supposedly completely equal.

I think it is overused and twisted nowadays, sort of like "discrimination" or "privilege."

People simply get too creative with the application (to the point where it's absurd and of no real significance) or they don't bother connecting dots so they make leaps of logic instead.

Yes, there have been situations where people used their gender against me but I am fairly quick to call them out on it. We aren't completely equal and we will probably never be, but it doesn't take much thought to eviscerate an opponent's argument when they basically say one word and don't bother backing it up with anything substantial. It shouldn't be this way, but you often simply KNOW that you make more sense to a third party, so there's nothing to worry about. A good act can only get you so far. And there's always the option of putting up a good act yourself to bolster a sensible position. It's also great when you don't need to lie and your opponent does. They get suspiciously inconsistent over time while your story is the same. You win.
