This has been going on for ages, and I don't want to be rude about it but is it ever going to be fixed? There's so many forum posts about it now - I love CR but when I get on to see that my queue is reverted to how it was about two weeks ago with all of my Summer 2015 animes gone from it, then I start to wonder what I'm paying for. If it's something completely complicated that takes this long then let me know, but the queue is /essential/.

I had the same problem; I think I'll spread this to the other posts, since it worked for me. Granted it jumbled up my queue order.

This is a known issue that several people have been experiencing (for several weeks in some cases), but it's not happening for everybody. An engineer has been assigned. Not known how soon it will be fixed.

A temporary workaround that seems to be working for most is to:

1) Move the last item displayed in your queue to the top (may also work if choosing other items in your queue, I believe)
2) Refresh the queue page

This should result in items you've removed from queue no longer being displayed, and newly added items showing up.*

It is known that this "sticks" only temporarily and that you'll need to repeat it every couple of days.

*Note that when adding new season simulcasts to the queue it is normal for them not to be displayed in the queue until there is an actual episode or episode placeholder being displayed on the show's page --This shouldn't be too much of an issue right now since most of the season shows now have at least one episode up.

I tried to deal with it before but now it's really killing me. Since I watch crunchyroll on different devices often, I can't move items on the queue, it can only be done on pc. Really would like a new feature to move items on other devices, seems like mobile would be the easiest to implement it to. This has been going on for so long, I really would like a clear fix to it soon instead of just this temporary method.

I know, but I don't want to do that. I want the problem to be fixed. I've tried that and I still got this outcome.

Sometimes that fix doesn't work. So what I did was adding another anime to the queue, went back to the queue and it was all ok. Obviously you can then remove the anime you added if you have no interest in it.

It's been like this for months, so I'm not sure where they are at with fixing it or how long it will take.

This really is obnoxious and should be seen as a top priority fix. Having shows not showing up in your queue and others you have deleted reappearing doesn't get us viewing your videos any more.

The "work around" only works for about a day for me. I'm urging everyone to contact Crunchy directly (and asking for answers) so they really see that this is a problem.

Exactly. This should reaaallly be top priority. It's honestly making me not want to use the site - I shouldn't have to be worrying about this so much. I love CR to the gods but it's literally been months.

This is a known issue already and they're working on it. Since they're so many of these queue topics starting, I can't find the exact thread where the mod said the engineers are looking at it.
