Ruth from The White Dragon is probably my favorite overall followed closely by Toothless.

Forgot about Ruth, but Ramoth is still my favorite Pernese dragon. Also love Ramoth's rider, Lessa. That character was ahead of her time in sci/fantasy fiction for she was a brave and independent woman and not some stereotyped princess or damsel in distress who was always in need of rescue.

A thread about dragons and only one post about D&D.....

Here's one for my Xanth peeps!
The "Gap Dragon" aka "Stanley Steamer"

He's a six legged flightless dragon that roasts his prey with steam. In that picture he has been doused with a youth elixir, so now he's a baby dragon. Awe! He becomes the companion of that little girl who happens to be a powerful sorceress (or magician)... I forget what the naming politics were at the time.

Just to put what some missed out:

Kalameet from Dark Souls

Kalameet has an amazing design.

I imagine my choice is not very popular, but I've always liked Seath the Scaleless - particularly in concept more than how he was actually represented in game. .

For one, I love playing mages and magic-oriented characters, so that bumps up Seath to me personally.

He also was born without scales of immortality, which to me, always seemed just a little sad. Of course he did some messed up stuff, but i've always looked at him as a tragic villain rather than just pure evil.

There's is actually one other really important reason why he's my favorite, but as incredibly odd as it sounds, it's actually kind of personal lol.

Anyway, yea. Seath is probably my favorite.
