Hello, there. If there was a post already made about this issue, I apologize in advance.
I just purchased Crunchyroll's premium membership & it told me that an error occurred. It then proceeded to let me know to not purchase it again and that when the issue is dealt with that I'll get it.. or something a long those lines.
My questions are;
How long will it be until this issue is fixed, and how will I know that I have it? Will I receive an email or something?
Grrrrrr! Very irritating. :c I wanted to watch anime. *sigh.*

This is just a guess but i'd say wait like 12 hours and then email them if you dont get it.

Your profile is currently showing you as premium. Are you having any issues with not being able to access premium features (i.e., no video ads, HD, etc.) at this point?
