Of nintendo published games: Probably a tie between SMB2 and Zelda 2. I've never been a huge fan of Mario of Zelda games but I loved the 2 "black sheep" of their respective franchises. Fire Emblem awakening is right up there too.

Fav game I played on a nintendo console: FF6.

Wait, wait...

Are we talking games made by Nintendo, or games on Nintendo systems?

For the former: I think it would be a tie between Super Mario World, Super Mario 3, and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

For the later, it would hafta be Super Mario RPG.

Pokemon. I grew up on it pretty much. With The Legend of Zelda series coming in a close second.

Good grief, I've been playing Nintendo games longer than any of you have been alive.

I hear that, I was 5 when my Dad bought himself a NES with Super Mario Bros and Duck Hunt. Having tried to play Pac Man on a friends Atari and failing miserably I was amazed at how easy it was to control and I used to beg him to let me "make the man jump on the telly". A few years later I had a MegaDrive (Genesis) and my brother had a SNES....
Back on topic, favourite nintendo games is hard as there were so many (I count Pokemon as a Nintendo IP)...
NES- SMB3/ Legend of Zelda
GameBoy- Pokemon Red/ Super Mario Land/ Link's Awakening
SNES- Link To The Past/ SMW
N64- Majoras Mask
Game Boy Color- Pokemon Gold
Game Boy Advance- Pokemon Fire Red/ Metroid Fusion
GameCube- Wind Waker
Wii- Skyward Sword/ Super Mario Galaxy 2
DS- Spirit Tracks
3DS- Link Between Worlds/ Pokemon Y
Wii U- ??

Winner- Wind Waker
