Oh man....I could go off on CR's shitty customer support for this issue...I've also been going through the same thing for a while now...why don't they care about their browser anymore??

I was e-mailing them for almost 6 months trying to find out if they were ever going to get HD for the Samsung app & never got a response from support . Even when asked in a ticket about the browser issues . Shiro was the only one from CR on the forums that found anything out . Pitful service ...

I'm a network engineer TiggsPanther, been in IT for 20 years. SirGorilla I'd love to see those emails, I can't seem to get help.

I can go to quite a few different "not so legal" streaming sites right this second, and watch anything there, in HD, with no issues.

That's no surprise, since those sites don't have to worry about DRM (no need to protect something that is already pirated), don't have to do the heavy lifting (they normally post their videos on a variety of free video hosts), and don't have as much traffic (especially since they typically lack a set schedule for releasing shows).

What about Funi I can watch with no problem / yes there is an occasional hicup but this is like vomit this site!

You know CR is really being a thief not oroviding any relief ! It's not funny or be a constant problem lately! It's this site plain and simple !

BTW If I watch really late I do have lees problems / If we cant watch when we want to we should be charged less ! I hate to say this but people should go to small claims court and start filing deceptive practices !

If you pay attention in the Funimation forums, streaming there isn't a problem free experience for every subscriber, either.

Although AFAIK Funimation has never published any streaming audience numbers (as CR sometimes has), the relative amount of forum activity would appear to indicate their audience is still substantially smaller than CR. They also rely on Hulu to do the bulk of their free streaming. Both means there is substantially less demand on their CDN's servers for their programming.
