I have an Xbox One so im using the app. I cant find a single anime thats in english or even subtitles that work. I cant enjoy this app because i cant understand japaness. The app needs options to change this. I alread set my setting to english on the site but they take no effect on the xbox. Im dissapoined with the app and will be removing it and rating 1 star till this is fixed.

Given that we are not seeing a flurry of other Xbox One owners using the app with the same problem, it would probably be more prudent you to wait for someone that has experience with the app to come along and tell you what the possible problem with your installation is.

I find it odd that you're not seeing any subtitles, as most (if not all) of the device streams use hard-coded subtitles.

If you are looking for anime with spoken English language, CR has only a small selection. You can find a list in the first message in this topic:

I've moved this to the Xbox support forum, since if you are in an English-speaking country the shows available to you should have English subtitles (unless they are English dubs instead). So this is more a support issue than a design thing that warrants a suggestion.
