I'm 5'9 so I guess I am kind of tall for a girl, but a lot of boys in my school a really tall so I only notice how tall I am when I am around other girls and everyone is smaller than me...

I'm about average for a woman, 5ft 5. Occasionally some trousers may be slightly too long, that mostly happens with leggings. Lil sis is 5ft 8, sometimes she complains that sleeves are too short on her or don't frame her shoulders properly. I only feel short when I'm around my bro who's 6ft 3. My oldest nephews are 6ft 3 and there's one over 6ft 10 and still growing! I've noticed that they need to choose carefully when it comes to cars and public transport is very uncomfortable for them. I recall taking a coach trip with bro when he was 16 and had shot up to 6ft 3. At the destination I got out and stretched my legs ready to explore. Bro was huddled in pain from the cramps he got in his calves from sitting almost 2 hours in a small space. I have an aunt who is under 5ft tall and her husband, my uncle is over 6ft. She's tiny and he's a giant. She's the loud one he's quiet. We had a reunion and the uncle kept going on about how tiny he thought my hands are. According to every girl I knew my hands were medium or even large to the shorter tiny ones. I guess size is relative.

Iam about 6'4 and it has its pros and cons.
I must admit that when i was younger it did seem that there is truth that girls like tall guys. I was pretty popular for a period there. I think my height wasn't the sole reason but a factor.
Everyone assumes that you play basketball, or at least ask if you do or tell you that you should.
Older women and little old ladies ask to to get stuff off of the higher sheves in supermarkets and the like.
It was fun when me and my mates used to kick the footy i could always mark the ball in a pack becasue i was the tallest.
You get asked even well after you have stopped growing "have you gotten taller?"
As otheres have mentioned, clothes shopping can be a real bitch. Some clothes just aren't long enough, either the length or the sleeves, etc this gets worse when you put on some weight, not the skinny rake i once was.
You dont fit in most bath tubs. Your too tall for most showers.
If your a passenger in a car you always need to ask the person infront to move their seat forward.
In recent times i have problems with my lower back. At work alot of the jobs that i do are not tall person friendly.
Must admit, still to this day, sometimes i forget how tall i am like i will look around and be like "shit iam waaaay taller than every single person here, they are all so tiny!"

If you want to wash anything above your chest, you're going to need to bend down in 90% of showers. Forget bathtubs. I haven't had a bath since I was 6. Or thereabouts. Mirrors are almost always placed to provide an excellent view of your abdomen, and if you want non-ridiculous looking clothing, you're going to need to get it tailored. There are some companies that make stuff in Large Tall size, but there are extremely liberal interpretations on what that means -- sometimes I get a good fit, but most of the time the shirt goes to my knees or, inexplicably, looks like it will fit someone twice my weight. I'm not sure about more expensive places, but if you're shopping without the intention of spending a fortune, all clothing is designed to fit shorter people. And if you find any "interesting" clothing (No Game, No Life t-shirt, for example), you must content yourself with your desires while realizing they will never be fulfilled, because nobody offers specialty shirts that fall below your waistline.

Basically, the world, on average, is designed to fit people 6'0 and below. At 6'4, the world almost always seems to be about 4 inches too small. Cars, bathrooms, clothes, chandeliers, and most of everything appears to be specifically designed to make me just slightly uncomfortable. Those taller than me most likely increase in discomfort proportional to their height.

On the other hand, I can't say I've ignored the benefit of looking more intimidating in front of those shorter than me, but most of the time I don't notice it. Every once in a while, I meet someone that's like 6'6/6'7, and since I'm used to looking down on people, it makes me feel profoundly different to speak to someone with my head raised. I spend most of my time with my head in a downward angle, because that's were the rest of the world is located. But in those situations, for a few seconds, I'm almost unable to speak because I can tell something seems really wrong, and then I figure out it's because I don't know how to talk to someone in that position. It's like, if you were playing twister or lifting a box or something, and someone tried to talk to you, you could do it, but you'd think "this is fucking strange." Same sort of thing.

6'4, I was never the tallest person in class, but that just meant on the playground, I had the guard the bigger black kid in basketball. No fun

I hate being tall, because I don't like to stand out or be noticed, and it's hard to hide in a crowd.

I'm 6'3" and about 95kg (210 pounds,) I have to order 2XL shirts all the time and, depending on brand, they're either too small in the arms or too long and make it look like a dress. I dress in a leather jacket and have a permanent resting bitch face so I constantly have people moving out of my way or, alternatively, asking "What's wrong? Are you okay?" Then there's the fact that bus, train, doctor, dentist, etc. chairs aren't made for tall people so I constantly have to be *THAT GUY* that takes up two seats because I have to sit at an awkward position (which makes me seem like an utter jerk with an inflated ego)

Apart from that, being tall is alright? I don't really see it as a thing at all beyond having some minor gripes about it. My best mate is 4'11" so I have to walk super slow so I don't leave her in the dust.

[EDIT]: just noticed somebody mentioned the showers and mirrors thing and I have to agree with them. I damn-near break my back trying to get under the shower head in such a cramped space and you have no idea how hard it is to boost your ego with a selfie when you can only see 1/3 of yourself. Myspace angles are a thing for tall people.

5'1 and 3/4"

I can sum it up as:

I hate having to jump on counters to reach things in the cabinets.

*looks down at you* :P

Not sure if my height has really made me intimidating? I never had tatoo's an always been pretty chill and friendly but i guess thinking back i've had people move out my way or say sorry to me unnecessarily if they've gotten in my way or something like that.

Guess i haven't been picked on or had peopel start on me very much.
But i did have my had taken off me a few times when i was younger ha ha ^^;;..

Im like.... 5'1 ish...

Cons:
You dont know the struggle of finding pants, sitting in theaters and a tall person decides to block your view, having to adjust your driver seat everytime, trying to reach something from a high spot, being told i look 15, being called 'shrimp' as a nickname.

Pros:
Getting discounts from restaurants that offers _% off if youre 16 or younger. Lol.

I'm 5' 2", short but its whatever. when I was still in the army, my nickname throughout basic was short-stock....but I was still able to keep up lol. it was easy for me when we did log PT, everyone around me would be holding the log, I would just raise my hands so it looked like I was holding it too XD

other good things about being short:
-sometimes I can fit into children's costumes (mainly boys, since they really don't have ninja outfits for girls)
-I can ease my way through crowds
-someone says I'm so short they could kick me, I respond that I can use their testicles as a peanut punching bag
-apparently being short attracts little kids O.o

bad things about being short:
-having to climb on counter tops to get stuff in the kitchen
-can't reach the top shelf in the closet without using a step stool
-the cat can easily pull my hair even when I'm standing up -.-

Sometimes it's hard to reach things that are higher up.
It's awkward to talk to taller people at times.
Some people act really awkward around you or try to treat you like a doll, which is embarrassing.
You can't see past large crowds if you're not in the front.

Uh...I'm really grasping at straws and trying to remember stuff. Other than that stuff I listed above, I haven't really had anything particularly annoying happen due to my height. I guess it's kind of hard because I don't know what it's like to be taller, so I don't know what I could potentially miss out on because of it. I mean, my height has never really been an issue for me. I think people make more out of it than it really is. Being short or tall really doesn't change your life in any significant way for the most part.

Hmm I wouldnt know! I'm in between everything! I'm 5'6" (which I think is such a cute height for me )

So clothes fit me fine. Sometime sI'm tall to other girls, but also I'm shorter than others.
Most guys are still taller than me. I have long legs so sometimes pants don't fit but I love my height :D

I could cosplay anything!!
