i had two panic attacks before and they were both scary...when i had my panic attacks my heart has beating really fast, my whole body was tingly, my fingers and toes were stiff, i was hyperventilating, i was shaking, and i had a feeling of doom. How about you?

Sure. Not even the worst kind of attacks I've had. They're rather unpleasant either way.

Unfortunately, I've had a history of panic attacks. I feel for you. They absolutely suck. And they can run up medical bills because it's difficult to tell yourself not to call an ambulance when you think your dying. At least if you can manage to drive yourself to the ER you can save a few bucks. My best advice is to avoid caffeine.

I take medication daily for panic attacks, as long as I stay medicated no more panic attacks.
But also I have PTSD so it goes with it sadly.

Yes. I have anxiety problems and can have panic attacks in various situations even over the most stupid things.

I used to get them all the time when I was younger. The worst was lying in bed at night and looking at the walls or a light and whatever I was looking at seemed either too close or too far in a way that is hard to describe. Also, having asthma can induce them. There is no worse sound than the sound of an empty inhaler.

I get them occasionally. The worst is when it's accompanied with a flashback.

Kind of, pretty sure mine was an anxiety attack. I have anxiety issues because of my hypoglycemia. My most recent attack was at home after I was shutting down my computer for the night and about to check my blood sugar. Maybe I got to anxious about pricking my finger that night, I have no idea. My face flushed and felt like it was on fire, I suddenly got very dizzy and fell off my chair. I stayed on the floor for while, very confused what was happening. I just knew my face was extremely hot. Eventually I picked myself up and moved to the bathroom, not sure if maybe I should take a shower and try and cool off. I felt confused again though and laid on the bathroom floor for awhile. After that I finally thought I felt nauseous and vomited in the toilet.

Before that I had an attack at urgent care while they were taking blood from my hand. My body lit itself on fire after I started having a hard time breathing suddenly, it was extremely painful and I blacked out after yelling at the lady to put my feet up.

I hate such attacks

I'm used to getting a racing heart randomly. Nothing like heart palpitations to scare the shit out of you.

Meh I've done it before and had to breathe into a classic brown bag lol.

Easy to imagine though. Just breathe really fast for a bit and you'll find yourself passing out. It's kind of like that but without being able to stop and it's more like gasping for air.

Yes well not really, was just an anxiety attack tbh. I was home alone and i had to go talk to someone, keep in mind i have social anxiety, so i started to over think of the outcome as to what may or may not happen, also keep in mind im extremely socially awkward, so i kept thinking ang thinking and all of a sudden without realizing it, i was having an anxiety attack. I was breathing hard like every 3-4 minutes, lightheaded, dizzy, could barely stand. Luckily i was smart enough to take deep breaths. After a couple of hours i was finally calm and lightheaded. Oh joy. Seems like an exciting thing to experience.

Side note, i went to meet the person the next day cause obviously i wasnt in a healthy mental state. Lol.
