I used to run at least a 5K after work every night. That was almost 20 years ago. (Could do it in about 25 minutes too. Not bad, not that good either.)

I gained a bunch of weight and lost some of it, SO, I've been trying to get back to running . . . so far I can get about a mile and a half... I still walk at least 3 (5K) or 4 miles... I think if I get rid of more weight, I'll be able to improve a little bit faster. This getting old crap seems to be the biggest hurdle. If I strain or pull something it takes a bit longer to recover.... I have to remember NOT to over do it.

I haven't ran since high school. (trying to catch the train doesn't count as running).

I find sweating disgusting now for some reasons... must be my gay genes.

Pretty much everyday! Tue/Thur/Sat are my main run days 3-4 mile run, intervals, hill sprints, that sorta stuff. Mon/Wed/Fri I'll just do a warm up jog for about a mile before I start my workout. Ran track in high school and college so I've gone through my share of running shoes

I wake up at 7 A.M. everyday then I run about 5 miles, but certain days I do some weight lifting. I'm just used to running that much because my baseball coach made us run so much during the baseball season.

I'm psychologically incapable of running but I'll happily bike 30 miles.

I've literally never run in my entire life. I can't imagine doing it now.

I only run when I have to. I've never been an endurance runner: I'm more of a sprinter, but when the situation calls for it I can run some distance. Nothing impressive; just enough for the exercise-induced bronchoconstriction to kick in and then I give up because it feels like I'm being stabbed every time I try to take a breath. Once it subsides, if I'm really in a hurry, I'll alternate between sprinting and walking.

Running isn't one of my exercises, tai chi and walking is, I don't like that intense workouts especially with the migraines I have often. Exercising maybe something people don't want to do, but at the end of the day it's worth it.

Not anymore. I used to be able to do a 5:20 mile. Think I got a 5 minutes once. Now, it would probably take me 8 minutes or something. I'm not in running shape at all anymore.
