I used to run for my school's cross country team but that was 2 years ago. I'm more of a strength athlete nowadays.

I would get up @4:00am in the morning to either run or walk in order to catch that cool morning breeze while I listen to Eurobeats on my MP3. If any of you are wonder what Eurobeat is, its a form of British dance-pop variant of Italian disco or Hi-NRG-driven Italian disco music that was developed in the late 1980s.

I was introduced to the genre while watching a street racing anime called Initial D here is a link to two of my favorite Euro-tracks: BURNING UP FOR YOU/ SARA https://youtu.be/KCSc0qkUshg. and Max Power / Dr.Love feat D.Essex https://youtu.be/KYBJnTqduIU. If you're interested in listening to Eurobeats, I can recommend you to over 72 tracks in my personal playlist. This type of music is good for those high-octane moments or exercising.

I used to be in track. But then I got in an ice skating accident and ended up getting muscle atrophy in my left knee. I can't really do sports anymore because of it. But when I could, I loved running relays and the 100m sprints.

I tend to bike a lot since I don't want to bugger up my knees and ankles horribly, and I do the elliptical machine at the gym for my cardio when I go.

I'm just started a 13 week build to 1/2 marathon class. I can run about 8 miles non-stop at around a 10 min pace.

I started about 2 months ago and I'm now able to run 9km in one stretch.

Runs 2 times a week and sprint the last 200-300 m ^^
