I had a similar occurrence not long ago. About a month ago actually I was at my local track trying to do some speed work. Then I started getting chased by a HUGE bee. I felt like I was going to puke but I was running for my life, haha.

Yes I did. Was the first actual racing I've done since T/F in high school. I liked it a lot. Going to be working to build speed now so I can go back again next year and pwn my old time.

Go my fellow Michigander. Go out your front door and feel with each stride the oxygen flowing through your body. Honestly I like running because it's quiet and calming most of the time. Just you, your footsteps, and your thoughts.

Not nearly that much, but every day at least a mile and a half or so (a nice loop back to my house). Dropped 100 lbs in little over a year just through eating habits, so I'm trying to build some stamina and muscle up so aside from that I do free weights and squats and the usual push up sit up stuff on a regular basis.

About three years ago I used to crank out about 50-60 miles in a week but then life got in the way I stopped running started eating junk food drinking pop gained weight but now I'm working to get back in shape I up to about 12 miles a week now

I run 3-5 miles twice a week, would go more, but I prefer to go hiking and biking this time of year. During the winter, I run indoors every day though.
