I already searched and changed my settings to allow mature shows, and some will show up in my queue on both apps... But although the website says some shows are in my queue, they seem to just plain be omitted. Is there a reason for this?

Also, you can't even search for mature content on either app, regardless of settings. You have to go onto the website. Why is it set up this way, or is there some kind of setting I overlooked?

I've already changed the filter... What I mean is that there are some shows that I have added to my queue on the website, but on both apps are completely missing. Not in the queue, and can't even search for.

Are your website and devices being detected as being in two different regions?

Check the maturity settings. Then log out of the app and back in to check if anything changed.

I checked your account and your region is fine. It's not different.

The reason your mature settings isn't working is because you don't have your birthday set.


1. Click Here: http://www.crunchyroll.com/editprofile/?tab=basic
and make sure you have a birthdate set.
2: Click Here: https://www.crunchyroll.com/acct/?action=video
and make sure you have 'Show Mature Content' enabled.

Once you set your birthday and the system is aware that you're over the mature age, it'll display mature titles on said devices.

If that still doesn't work, please let us know which titles you're inquiring about.
