I think I would be between Gorehound and neither. I remember when I was fixing my sisters bike and I was riding it, my foot slipped and got slit on the pedal (metal with "spikes" for good grip while mountain biking). The gash was about 3 inches long and very deep. I remember just staring at it and going "Hm, this is going to hurt later." When I am getting my blood drawn I also love staring at it getting drawn.

Also, if your a Gorehound... Google Krokodil. Its a drug made by Russia that causes the meat to rot and fall off the bone. You can get a good look at someone without meat on their arms. It really isn't too bad for me, but it made my roommate vomit. So I don't suggest if your Blood Adverse to look at it.

I once saw a pedestrian smeared across the road near my house. The first responders tried to cover it with a tarp, but there was no way. The smear was probably like 20 feet long and bits of organs and flesh were strewn about the road. It was like she exploded.

Also dealt with the bodies of suicidal people and heart attack victims while I was working management for some hotels. The worst one wasn't the beginning-to-rot guy or the dude who overdosed, but the old grandma who died of a heart attack. I remember her granddaughter asking someone at the front desk why grandma wasn't waking up and how she hopes grandma comes back from the hospital soon. It was very sad.

God I feel like a horrible person. The way you stated the first one made me chuckle... "It was like she exploded." For some reason it reminded me of Turok. The second one definitely hit me in the Feels though.

I think the worst I have seen was on my trip from North to South Texas. In San Antonio, there was a bad car crash and I rubbernecked while passing it. The body was covered, but the gore all over the ground was absurd.

Gore really doesn't make me flinch. I've seen RL gore pictures / shock images and they really don't faze me.

I'm heading into the research field of medicine so I'm pretty used to seeing what's on the inside a person and dissecting rats for research purposes and such. I'm pretty used to the blood and other things so I'm not a Blood-averse, but I'm not a Gore-hound either because I never experinece a thrill when I see guts and blood. So I guess I'm neither?

BLOOD AVERSE FOR SURE! I am incredibly squeamish and can't even talk about blood or body parts.. I almost passed out in my Biology class when we were only having a discussion on blood, the teacher made me go home cause I was so pale and plus I kinda threw up.. BUT I felt fine after that, was completely back to normal! I just can't deal with real life blood and guts and stuff.

In shows in stuff I know its fake and can normally do pretty well as long as it doesn't get EXTREMELY gory. I'll just say to myself that its gross but fake and I'm good

I've always wondered what causes people to be like that. We were once hunters and our lives were much more violent. I knew a doctor who hated the sight of blood and his coping mechanism was telling himself that it isn't real and he somehow managed to get along fine.

I have literally no idea what caused me to be scared of blood, and the weirder thing is its not really the blood itself. Just talking about it. I can't talk about blood types or blood problems. I mean I could not take the sight of someone bleeding out everywhere for sure but I'm good with little bits of blood. And people are always confused as to why I am scared of blood because both my parents are doctors And as for the hunting thing, I don't do that. I couldn't deal with that blood either, just is disgusting to me. I am from the south so tons of people hunt and when they talk about killing stuff, its terrible. OH and your first deer kill you have to smear its blood on your face

I don't know. I guess I'm kind of neutral. I have a sensitive nose, so I hate the smell of it (it tastes really nasty too). I've never seen an extremely bloody scene in movies or in real life, so I guess I'm kind of sheltered. I don't think it would bother me that much if I did, though.
