No because I was raised to be polite & interrupting people is rude.
The only exception though is if they're being dumb/annoying.

Butting in on a conversation is pretty rude, but if there complaining or being annoying there asking for it

No not really, I only do it if its necessary. Also because if I do, people probably wouldnt listen to what i'd have to say.

Yes, it isn't really any of your business, lots of people don't like that, but some don't mind and you end up improving the conversation, it kinda depends

Interrupting is a pet peeve of mine. It shows disrespect and is just plain rude.

Interrupting is usually very rude and something I absolutely hate to see someone do. However, I do think it was good for the passenger to silence the salty person. As for joining other strangers' conversation, I think it also has some "rules" for when it's acceptable to join the chit chat. Giving advice or defending a person from a salt mine worker is IMO perfectly fine.

All the damn time. I have a hard time figuring out the difference between someone pausing just to catch their breath and pausing to let someone else speak.

Interrupting is rude, and I don't ever interrupt someone unless I'm in a rush to be somewhere else.

What conversation?

She was whining and whining, no one was having a conversation with her. I think she's the rude one for getting mad at the driver, excuse me for helping a handicapped person! as for the guy, he was hilarious and not interrupting anything, he was trying to stop her nonsense.

Sure, but I don't think we know what happened before even though its likely there was not one conversation.

It says so on the description:

"Just some context, the woman became mad at the bus driver because a handicapped passenger had to be assisted onto the bus so this caused the delay and the woman freaked out"

We either give our opinions about what it is presented to us without assumptions or simply make the thread without linking that video because I don't think that video is about interrupting a conversation but I'm going to assume here too: the guy was probably tired of her rambling towards the driver so he decided to shut her up, and not even in a rude manner.
