My advice is to weigh yourself at the beginning of the day when you have nothing in your stomach. I thought I weighed around 135 lbs until I started weighing myself in the morning rather than the afternoon/evening.


I normally weigh myself on Saturday morning, since I go to the spa every Saturday and they have an electronic scale there (spoiled much). The spring scale at home is like 20 years old and it sucks.

I'm a 102lbs now, but it changes pretty often, at the end of last year I was about 110, then in spring I was like 90, its just kinda random at this point -.-

And I'm 5'10"

I'm about 5'6'' and weigh 130 pounds. The most I've weighed my whole life, I'm actually having to start watching how much I eat.

That's actually pretty normal for your height.

But if you're really worried about gaining weight, then try increasing your intake of fish (oily being preferable, like salmon and tuna), fruits & vegetables (non-starchy is best, like spinach and broccoli), and lean meat (poultry's your best bet, but you could also try lean cuts of red meat like pork tenderloin).

I know all of this sounds a bit confusing, but that's the kind of diet I've been following for the past five years, and I've been able to maintain a healthy body without exercising too much.

Ya thats what I do. It helps I'm not a fan of red meats so I usually only eat fish and or chicken. I try and make my meals balanced. What I'm worried about is getting skinny fat where ya im skinny, but I have to muscle definition.
