OK so i log on yesterday and i have a full Que as i left it and now i log in today and i have absolutely no anime at all in my Que any ideas as to why this would have happened

Are you logging in from the same location you did yesterday, or are you possibly in a different region than usual? Have you changed your language settings?

If in addition to not seeing items in your queue, you also don't see the shows that were in your queue listed here: /videos/anime/alpha?group=all that would suggest it's related to what Crunchy is detecting as your region.

If you can get to the show pages and see episodes listed and see that the queue indicator says "Remove" that would suggest something else is going on. A number of people have reported issues with items not showing up in their queue, but it's usually just been that an old version of their queue shows up -- not that nothing shows up. Are you able to add things to your queue? Maybe try that, and bump one to the top and refresh the page to see if anything you had on there before shows up magically.

ok one there is nothing in my que on either PC 360 or the xbox one and all the shows i remember are in the animes list that Crunchyroll has all my items are just poof gone. I want them back and i know Crunchyroll has away to see what shows i have/had too

This happened to me too. However, I did just move to Japan for military purposes. Now I have no anime to watch. So what am I pumping my money into?

Perhaps your ISP opened a new range of addresses and they aren't being found correctly... What does the "Detected Country" say when you go almost to the bottom of the contact page here: /help?topic=contact

my computer and all are in the US and there is no way that all the anime on my list would jall just dissapier i can understand maby a couple thats no big deal. but not a whole que of almost 100 animes

It isn't clear: Did you follow asharka's advice and verify that CR sees you as being in the US?

It isn't enough that you and your computer are in the US; CR must itself recognize that.

Definitely weird, but I wonder if it is an artifact of the queue problem that was just fixed a few days ago...

When you go to one or more of the show pages you had in your queue, does it have the blue "Add to Queue" button or the dark gray "Remove" button?

What happens when you try to add some other show that wasn't there before to your queue, does it show up? Can you add two of them and then delete the first one to see if that has any effect?
