I dislike front claps because they never fit right on me and I am unable to change the band size. A lot of "regular " bras now have new clip designs for convertible straps, which is much easier to use and actually gives more support and comfort than front closures.

I don't really like front clasping bras at all. There's only one size to them and the clasps always seem to be made of cheap plastic that I feel will end up breaking. Back clasping bras are not that difficult to put on/take off at all.

My front clasp bra did come in different sizes in both the band and the cup. I tried two sizes of it before picking one.

Why are there stores only selling one size of any type of bra?

Oh no I didn't mean cup or band size. I mean they don't allow to tighten the bra or loosen it like you can with back clasps. Your bra stretches out the more you wear it, so that why there are different notches that allows your to tighten it as the band stretches. With front clasp bras there is no difference in clasps, so as the band stretches, you can't tighten it at all.

Oh yes, I see what you mean. I suppose that means I'm trading convenience for durability, so it's lucky I got the front clasp bra on sale. ;)
I had completely forgotten about the stretching issue because my only front clasp bra is pretty new. Ugh, bras are so complicated. Some days I wonder why I even bother (and then I try to run or do some physical activity).

Well, front is easier, but can also come undone more easily because there's only one setting for how tight it is, and clasps sometimes aren't properly hooked on. I personally prefer back for fitting's sake.
