We are at the point of this season in anime times where all of us are starting to drop series based on a certain episode number we watch up to. With that being said, which series do you think are going to go under the radar? I see a couple series already that haven't had a big impact like I was expecting and was wondering what others think will happen or what they dropped for this season.

So to sum up:

1) What do you think is going to be under appreciated this season?

AND

2) What series did you drop and for what reasons? (because those certain series may turn out to be really good later/ are the ones going under the radar)

What's the response to "Gate"? I thinks its a pretty entertaining show, but it gets awesome at episode 3 with the dragon attack.

I think we can base it off of how many reviews it already has atm/ if it hit the top five shows on crunchyroll when it comes out. Like last season, I thought that plastic memories went under the radar.

The second season of Non Non Biyori doesn't seem to be catching on like the first season did. I know some folks seem upset it's more like season 1b with new stories being woven into those of season 1 but it's still the same wonderful show with the same enjoyable characters. Personally I'll take a season 1b over no new season at all.

(Actually it would be fun after the second season ends to figure out how the two seasons piece together then watch them chronologically. It'd be like season 1 was a 2-cour!)

Non Non Biyori is definitely a little bit of a let down for me in that it's not really any new story, but it is still a great show with great characters. I just wanted more of a proper sequel.

Personally, I'm really digging Seiyu's Life though there doesn't seem to be much buzz around it. That could be because it's on Funi and not CR, but given that Shirobako got so much love I was expecting SL to as well. It's not quite the same as Shiro in theme and tone but it's not miles off and it feels like a sort of companion piece that fans of Shiro would really enjoy.

As for what I've dropped? Well, the only one I watched that really turned me off was Classroom Crisis. That was just a failure for me right out of the gate. Chaos Dragon also didn't do much for me but I may give it another go at some point if the general opinion is positive. I liked some of the art but it just felt too much like it was forcing anime cliches on me rather than trying to be a solid show all around.

I'm also not watching Overlord or Rampo Kitan every week but I'll probably go back to both for at least a few more episodes when I have the time. They haven't been dropped but are definitely on the back burner.

Wakaba*Girl- one of the best shorts I've watched in a while.

Symphogear GX- the best show of the season imo, but hardly anyone watches it. Truly a shame.

1. Chaos Dragon- a really cool show in my opinion with an interesting premise, cool fantasy characters, and a main character with an amazing yet costly power.

2. My wife is the student council president-It's not a bad show, I just realized as it went on that its not really a show for me.

I don't understand why so many are thinking this - it's not like the first season had any actual story to have a sequel to in the first place. That's the nature of slice-of-life shows.

I dropped Classroom Crisis, but i realize later it could turn into a better series, just was not pulling my interest enough by episode 3,

I think hidden gem wise, could be 2 titles Rokka -braves of the six- or Actually, I am

Rokka has the poetical to be a pretty epic story, hope it lives up to what i expect from it, i could see this becoming a very good story, lots of places this could be taken, could be a big hidden gem

Actually, I am I feel isn't talked about a lot, but the story is pretty interesting for your standard harem at least from what i seen, i think it is getting over shadowed by Monster Girls, but IMO monster girls is a little too much for my taste,in terms of fan service, and Actually I am is more suited for my tastes of a harem, that doesn't need too much fan service, and can make an interesting story overall with out shoving it in my face

1) School-Live. There are 3 types of people with this anime. Those who never watch it because there was no hype behind it. Those who dismiss it for the moe factor. And those who put it at one of the top 10 (among 30+ anime this season). There is also Ushio no Tora. It's old-school.

2) Both Shimoneta and Charlotte. Shimoneta is pretty good, and I can see how people are enjoying it, but it is not my type. I like dirty jokes when characters are comfortable with them without making cumming faces. Charlotte has shit chemistry between the main cast. All female characters are annoying bitches and all male characters are submissive weasels. There is no camaraderie, unlike Claanad and Angel Beats where the group of characters get along and like to hang out. Even if some character in Charlotte suddenly die, I won't feel for them. I will be glad if they do, because I hate them to the gut.
