Break that bridge!
Bring out the trolls!

suikojay wrote:Actually, as long as the thread is open, I don't think there's a time limit as to when a person can edit their posts (I just edited one from 2013 just now ). There is a 1 hour time limit to delete one's posts, though; that may be what u were thinking.
Yeah, feels random, somtimes it can be and sometimes not either it be some days or couple hours.

People are sensitive, especially the keyboard warriors.

Many want to be mods themselves. "If I show the mods I'm just like them, they'll make me one of their own!"

Sadly, this works.

If you don't finish a sentence, you can edit your post (within a short time frame) to finish it. Or, you can post again with your complete thought, and report your older post requesting that it be removed because it was incomplete.

So does that mean you can recreate the same topic?

I meant individual posts within a thread, not complete threads, since that was what the OP was talking about. If you have a thread that was closed, the best bet is to talk with the mod who closed it - they can tell you why, and if necessary, how to get it reopened or if a new one would work (or just get closed for the same reason).

If you know of a thread that was closed because the thread creator deleted their account, or wasn't interested in the thread anymore, it's usually acceptable to create a new thread on the same topic, however.

I use a similar term called- keyboard courage- super brave with typing will never face you ever. Easy to type insults not so easy to say insults to someone's face I have already taught my son this saying

Someone reported to the mods about your little thing?Wow.You're right, that is insensitive.

There's no point stressing over it... if you didn't do anything wrong, then nothing will be done to your account. :-/

Post that doesn't not contribute to the conversation should be deleted because they make the thread suck. I'm pretty sure those are one of the guide lines
