So I have had an auto-renewing membership for a while now. I was charged back on July 16th for another month, and everything has been working fine.

Now, I can't watch anything requiring premium on my Roku, phone TV, Wii-U or my computer, and the order for my subscription says, "Paid, pending fulfillment"

I'm a bit confused as to how a subscription could have that status, but if anyone else has had the same issue and gotten it resolved I'm open to suggestions.

I've already contacted customer support, but wanted to know if this waa a known issue.

Questions regarding billing and such are best served through the contact form. They should be able to get you sorted out.

Thank you for the response, but I had contacted them through said form prior to making this post, as stated in my post.

I wanted to know if any other members have had this issue before, in case there was anything that could be resolved on my end.
