Would you buy another product for worse quality but cheaper like razors, shampoo?

No.. what's the point in that? I want to get what I paid for.

100 blades for $12, I think that's doable.

Quality always wins out for me. There's a fine line between luxury and quality, though. It's easy to overstep.

i tried buying higher end clothes but they are made in the same factories as cheap clothes so they all come apart the same >.>

since we're all talking about razors, i will say the more expensive ones don't rust as quickly and last longer so i guess there's some merit in their price. plus if u use coupons and watch the sales you can get nice razors for pretty cheap in bulk ^^

Just get a good straight razor and a decent dual-sided waterstone. You'll be set for life.

Or a safety razor with 100 blades will also last you a long fucking time for $12.

Let's be honest though, you'll spend more on shaving soap than razors

Yeah, that's true. But I dislike the prospect of throwing things away. I like one nice thing that lasts a nice time. Less waste, too. I tend to also try to think of the environment a bit and not just the cost of my shave.

Yeah try a very Sharp knife or a machine ( I really want a knife that is so Sharp making it much easier to shave or Depends on the knife ofc)

It depends. When it comes to personal hygiene you usually get what you pay for, so I buy the brands I like.

If the quality was worse...nope! I'll stick with brands that I trust.

Razor blades I'll drop a little more money on since the cheap ones suck for longevity/closeness. Shampoo I am pretty lenient on but I do have my preferred brands.

I currently have an electric razor that I've been using for the last 7 years. It's a Hitachi.

The shave isn't as close as what blades can achieve but I need an 8000 grit waterstone if I get a straight razor. I only have 800, 1000, and 4000 at the moment. My sashimi knives are sharp enough to shave with but I won't use them for that. I have a higo no kami that's sharp, too, but it's a bit thick with a straight grind. I need a thinner, hollow-ground blade if I'm to shave with one.
