How come you had to get stitches?
Posted 7/29/15
I had to get stitches for my bottom lip when I was 3 years old.

One time when I was like playing I guess, I tripped & fell and ended up biting through my lower lip.
Very gross. There was lots of blood.

Also no more than a year later, I had to get bellybutton surgery, so I had to get stitches on my stomach too.

I still have the scars too from both of those.

When I was in 3rd grade I slipped and fell off the playground, when I hit the ground a fat piece of tanbark went straight through my chin. My pants and shirt got soaked in blood(it was my favorite shirt too ) and I had to get 8 stitches in my chin.

Twice

First me and my brother ran threw a sprinkler at the same time and whomped heads together. Only I had to get stiches. He got a nice goose egg.

Second I was sledding down a hill next to my house and hit my head on my neighbors retaining wall. Blood all over fresh snow, ahhh.

I cut my finger at work a few years ago with a box cutter and got stitches from that.

I was attacked by a dog as a toddler. Got lots of stitches and scars from that. One scar extending from almost the corner of my lip down to the bottom of my chin. One scar on my eyebrow like a < shape.

I got stitches when my impacted wisdom teeth were removed surgically.

I have a 1/2 inch scar on the inside of my left forearm, it looks like an incision that was sewn together because it's too straight and neat. It looks like

I had to get stitches twice.

First time I was at a bar and got into a dispute with a guy which ended with him surprising me by smashing my head into a stone wall, seven stitches in the head, above the hairline thankfully.

Second time I tried to open a bottle with a knife, slipped and cut myself in the hand between my thumb and index finger.
Got 3 stitches beneath the skin, since it was a rather deep wound, and 7 stitches in the skin.

The first time I got stitches was in the first fight I got into, dude beat me down hard

second time I got jumped, had to get 60 stitches inside my mouth and 30 out side and a couple on my face. I could not eat solid food for about three months. surprisingly it made most of the food pretty tasty lol

I have stitches for my chin.

When I was like 6, I was riding my bike down a really steep hill. A lady riding a motorcycle drove past me and I turned my head to watch at her. My bike flipped over while I was distracted and I fell down the hill and split my chin open.

I don't remember much about it but my mum said even though I was bleeding all over the place I barely cried. I remember the nurse giving me an orange popsicle and teddy bear after though, lmao.

I was a teenager, and my friend and I were waiting for the bus to go to the mall. There was those big canopy things above the benches to keep out rain and such. This was a main terminal, so it was rather large. My friend attempted to pull himself up into the supporting lattice of the canopy. He failed. Feeling the need to one-up him, I was fit enough at the time to accomplish the feat rather easily. But I wasn't up there long before the bus came. So I put my arms across two of the bars and slowly lowered myself down. Unfortunately, one of those bars had a fluorescent tube on it, which shattered under my weight. I was above a concrete bench, so falling wasn't really an option. Just slowly lowered myself down as the glass dug deeper into my arm. It was gushing blood. Luckily, it didn't cut into the muscle tho.

I used to be really bad with cutting..and I had to have stitches on my arms 3 times (a total of 35 all together) and then I busted my head open when I was four and had to get 12 stitches, and then I had mouth surgery and had to have 5 stitches.. so 52 stitches all together in my life xD
