I cut WAY back on soda and red meats. Still struggling with cookies.
Use my ab chair most days.
Never kept up with Wii Fit tho. If I'm too lazy to remove the disc of Rune Factory: ToD from my Wii U, that doesn't bode well for my fitness future...
Last I checked tho, Wii Fit actually said I needed to gain a few pounds. What it doesn't know, however, is that the pounds I do have are all in belly flab.

I have fast metabolism and is probably why I am thin even though I do no exercise at all. Actually just recently I been trying to gain weight and and exercise to build muscle and it's so hard for me since I have to eat more than i'm used to. Though I am gaining pounds very slowly, I can somewhat understand how hard it would be to lose weight. Though I think it's easier to gain weight than to lose weight.

No soda or candy. Cookies and sweets maybe only twice a week. I don't exercise everyday but a couple times a week I run plus push-ups/planks/crunches afterwards. This keeps me thin (I also am a teenage boy so that might help), although this doesn't really get me significantly stronger.

Well, I'm not thin but I am trying to lose weight.

Try to exercise. Even if it's a small walk like a mile. Sleeping early helps too and not eating late at night. I hear green tea helps burn the fat. There are also many things that can help as you daily exercise like certain herbal drinks.

I know this didn't help but good luck to anyone trying to lose weight!

I skateboard a lot, play In The Groove, and go running. Also I try to have portion control. I do let loose a bit on weekends, but how I act on the week days make up for it.

Rugby and other physical activities, although I'd say that I'm probably a more thick set individual than most here talking about thinless. 5'11 and 180lbs, I'm at a very good place though

Eat healthy, stay active. Currently working out 5 days a week, cycling between upper body lifts and lower body lifts. Running 3 times a week with the 3rd run on the weekend being a longer 8 to 10 mile run depending on how I feel. Getting around 7 hours of sleep a night, a well rested body goes a long way. Eating 6 to 7 meals a day and cutting out as much sugar and heavily processed foods as I can, these meals are usually 2 1/2 to 3 hours apart to keep my body anabolic. I'll also try and keep my protein intake around 120 to 140 depending on what lift i'm doing on what day. Once or twice a week I allow myself a cheat meal, this meal can be whatever I want and I wont count the calories on it. Even doing all this I still work a 5 day work week and do 9 hour shifts and still have plenty of time to do other things. Having goals really helps keep you focused, I have 2 half marathons scheduled for the end of the month and am partaking in the Touch Mudder which for my state is in September, this will be my fourth one.

A combination of watching your calorie intake and cardio/weight training. I like to switch my fitness program every two weeks so my body continues to learn. My favorite cardio exercise is HIIT on the treadmill or elliptical. Don't like running long distances? No problem. There's always simple activities such as cycling, swimming, or rock climbing. Gotta keep that heart pumping.

Everyone has the ability to maintain a healthy body. It takes time and dedication.

Partially genetics. Partially because I'm chronically ill and don't feel hunger these days. I eat to live, not for enjoyment. I eat healthy because of my condition, but I've always been on the tiny side.
