How do you keep yourself thin?

I work out almost daily. I find that it's not so much how much time you spend at the gym as long as you go with greater frequency.

I also eat very healthy as well.

Is this a self-conscious question? Jokes aside~

I honestly eat a lot, both health and unhealthy, most unhealthy foods and still don't gain very much. Throughout my entire high school career, I've only gained about 10lbs.

I use to exercise and do a lot of weight training just to gain muscle and stay fit, but I've kind of stopped once I hit college, and I've only lost weight, not gain, which gaining weight in college is the typical thing fresh out of high school. But I still find time to go out to the local park and play some pickup basketball.

I don't drink soda. I don't eat out. I cook my own meals and limit my portions.
My job is decent exercise and I go jogging a few times a week.

Ugh I hate this bullshit beauty standards, nothing ever fucking make sense. My mom tells me i'm too fat, dad tells me I'm too skinny, but makes sure to tell me im ugly. So am I ugly because I'm too skinny or because I'm fat?? NO fucking clue!!!!!!!!!!!

Well i eat a crap ton of food, however i generally eat healthy- fruits, vegetables only the occasional fast food place. So I put it down to a high metabolism and healthy food
