Well luckily I have a good metabolism, don't eat red meat at all not much meat at all ( only chicken ), and don't overeat because I can't stand to exercise, though I probably need to and hopefully can get into (just a little morning and afternoon thing that doesn't take a really long time..)

I work out about a half hour everyday and just try and watch my diet. Its alot easier when your not eating shit food all day, which sucks cause I love me my Chex mix and Dr.Pepper :/

I count calories, I run and do squats, but lately I think I've gained weight, so I need to do better.

When I moved from my parents I kind of forgot to eat most of the time. Recently I've been sick and busy and they keep telling me how worried they are about how thin I've gotten.
I literally eat as much as I physically can though.
Staying healthy is best though.
I say eat well and organic, stay active (not boring workouts >:P yuck! just play outside and do lazer tag and have fun!! play with dogs!!)

Metabolism is all that really keeps me thin - I eat like I have a death wish, work a desk job and don't exercise nearly as often as I should. It's not all pizza and beer though. Well, it sort of is, but my heart is probably rigged to explode around forty.

I've been trying to get back in the habit of working out, but just never seem to have the time.

The key is cardio, eating moderately healthy, and more cardio. I do lots of sports, so I usually have around two hours of physical activity a day. Still being in school makes it a lot easier with forced P.E classes, honestly.

The real challenge is staying away from the Dr. Pepper.
