Personally, S Rank metabolism that forces me to wear a light hoodie in Chicago winters to avoid overheating and getting soaked with sweat.

Everyone else, taking in less calories than they burn either through aerobic exercise or light eating. Preferably both in moderate amounts.

Yoga, lifting, squats & trying to eat some Kale/drink some Green tea on a daily basis works well for me.. and try not to drink... its terrible, 2 birthdays this past weekend and i must have put on at least a few from liquor/pizza.

I found that when I was at my skinniest I was eating healthier, and eating less. Though I did that so much that I went dangerously overweight. Though once I started working at a restaurant, I was eating unhealthy food at weird hours of the night, which threw off my metabolism and I gained all the weight I had lost back. I'd still like to loose 10 lbs, but it's all a matter of my diet and staying active.

I just eat until I'm not hungry, oh and I have multiple cups of liquids with my meals. After I'm done I normally end up with like a quarter of a plate of food left.

Ha, I suggest being poor, or otherwise spending all your money on Japanese imports so that you can't even afford a bus pass. You can still walk places, but if you're smart, you'll get a shitty bike from wal-mart that takes all the energy you have to ride up the numerous hills to your house, and you'll survive on nuts, salad, and sandwiches, because you can't afford to get anything else. If all else fails, quit your job, go homeless, and panhandle for a year or so. One of the above is sure to work out.

I tend to yo yo since I go with the seasons. When its lighter I feel like I've got more energy to do more active things. I go for long walks, cycle, swim, yoga and I've had some years where I picked up squash as a hobby alongside my usual stuff. Then I naturally feel like small healthier meals so I lose what I've put on in winter. Winter makes me feel sluggish and more inclined to eating richer foods thus I put on weight then. My challenge is to be consistent throughout the year regardless of the seasons.

I keep thin by eating A LOT of food, over 3000-4000 calories a day. If I don't eat enough, I lose a ton of weight. My body needs a lot of calories since I work out 5-6 times a week and my metabolism burns it off really quickly.

I use to have a slow metabolism, but I increased it drastically by following a healthy life style, working out a lot, and eating over 7+ meals a day so that my metabolism would be working all day.

Eating once or twice is not a good idea

It cind of depends on your liver as well.
(don't drink before eating could help where you would/could take up more of the healther stuff etc)

And I guess, where I get my thiness from is maybe since I am growing inside?
(only assuming, but feels like it)

So if you have not ruined your liver before then you can become a bit better, while eating normally is the best any "diet" would not help as most said diets around could be only making things worse!
(really depends on what cind of diet we are talking about)
