I have been a Crunchyroll Premium account holder since 2011. Today i was looking forward for a new Anime episode release and Crunchyroll was suggesting that i take a free trail ...
I have contacted Crunchyroll numerous times in the past and have never gotten a reply, i thought customer service was not their A game. However today I am not able to watch any Premium content what so ever (keep in mind i paid for a yearly subscription 2 months ago) Any ideas would be appreciated!

Did you recently attempt to cancel your auto-renewal? Perhaps you accidentally cancelled your membership outright. Does anyone else have access to your account?

What details does your membership history show?:
https://www.crunchyroll.com/acct?action=membership_history

Specifically, does it show that 12 month membership purchased 2 months ago, and does the status on it show as "expired" or "cancelled"?
