Episode 1

And so it begins with Aya taking a special class with four good-looking boys from the soccer team with her language skills great and her math skills, not so much. It turns out to be a unit that's all about being detectives with the first case being to find a missing mountain bike. That was all pretty much intros here. That was a decent way to start this short as Aya is cute, while those boys are dreamy.

(Can we just call it "Jiken Note" for short?)

Lol, these boys....

Less than 10 minutes per episode. I think maybe each episode/arc will focus on a different mystery around school. We got a missing bike involved now.

This sounds like Japan's answer to The Bloodhound Gang.

Well, that was not bad, but I'm guessing this is aimed towards middle-school kids. I'm probably showing my age, but this is kinda feeling like it'll be the Hardy Boys meets Nancy Drew. Even being completely outside the target demographic, I'll probably watch this.

Yep. I agree, but I am a kid at heart and I think that's why I liked it.

This is going to be a very cute series I feel.

This show is similar to Encyclopedia Brown I like the MC and how she is honest with her feelings this looks good to me already and the boys seem nice even if they are jocks and in a click

This is a very fun little show. I do feel it would actually be better suited for fll length 20+ minute episodes though instead of these short 9 minute long ones though.

Agreed. But not a bad way to spend 10 minutes or so.

Episode 2

Wakatake, you're not supposed to ride a bike to cram school. So the case is on, and each person has a role, and for Aya it's her job to write a letter to the thief. And then there's a robbery at a convenience store as soon as Aya gets home, and that could very well be connected, but we shall find out next time if the one who stole it is the same guy or not. Anyway, that was a fun way to see Aya and the boys getting together to figure out how they will go about solving this case seeing that they each have a role in this.

Biscuit! I am with you on this^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I was thinking take 2 episodes and combine them even if its not full length I would take that 18 minutes. I keep wanting story to continue I like how the boys automatically bring her into the group very cool for that age and each has a strong characteristics to make a team effort

I like this show, but I have to echo the comments that I wish it was longer. I mean, we just get our first major clue and blam. Well, I realize even if it was full-length, cliff-hangers happen, but still.

It doesn't really take a lot to cut through a chain lock like that

I don't really know why, but this somewhat reminds me of that one Manga from Bakuman, PCP I think. Maybe it's the crime solving, the little kids or the many guys - one girl approach, my mind just makes the connection. Anyway, it's silly and a little too short, but I like it.
