I've been a Premium member since 2012. Yesterday while trying to view Premium videos like simulcasts the site says that I need to be a Premium member to view it. My membership status states that my Premium+ Membership upgrade (12 month recurring) is Active.

I have a feeling this may have contributed to my problem but, a few days ago I upgraded to Premium+. The site was unresponsive when I submitted, so I resubmitted (mistakenly) 3 times. This resulted in me getting charged three times. I contacted support to have the first 2 charges refunded. So the last three items in my Premium+ history show as Canceled, Refunded and Active (current).

The Premium Membership Status page under Account settings says that I'm a Premium+ Member with a billing date of January 2016
