No it makes life easier by avoiding those who aren't worth any time. Reading others can be used to an advantage, instead of fearing them. Use their own fears against them. I.e. a negative part of them. (Ego, past experiences, etc.) Showing them who they are themselves.

I guess that's true still there is always a part of them even they can't read there subconscious and even the nicest person can do the worst things avoiding those who aren't worth any time is a good way to go about life but personally i am a little cautious about those who are worth the time because humans are volatile if i have learnt anything in my life even the most innocent person can become a monster.

Then again maybe im wrong but that's how i see everyone in the world even me a persona only goes so far everyone has the potential to do bad and knowing that makes me distrust others personally.

Jumping to mostly-accurate conclusions even if I can't quite explain how I got there?

I'm not sure if that counts as a special ability or just an annoying personality trait.

That's the same for me. I'm not good explaining away all that's in-between but i did see someone about it and they said it had to do with being dyslexic. Some dyslexic people are already at the finish line while people are still working things out. They are unable to explain to you how they got there because well, communication lol. There was a lot of times, i just had to wait for people to finish talking and maybe someone would have point out that there was nothing special to it. .

I prefer to think of it this way: if every person is equally capable of doing both horrible and wonderful things, then it means a lot more when they do the good things. Expectation is the source of disappointment, expect nothing and you will be happy. That said, getting out of toxic relationships is always your first priority.

^This. I do this all the time, even though I've never really studied psychology. I just pay a lot of really close attention to people; body language, appearance, small ticks, etc. It can be frustrating, because I'm not really good at "turning it off". I can't look at a person's profile on a website, or hold an idle conversation with a colleague, without analyzing them. I once had a friend tell me it was scary how correct I was about her boyfriend I'd never even met.

It's just something I've always done, and I'm really relieved that there's someone else who does it, too. I've been worried I was secretly an alien or something.

I am seriously good at pretending to work. When I'm thinking hard about something I always pull a really serious face, so as long as I'm facing my monitor my boss never realizes that I'm actually just trying to remember the names of all nine tailed-beasts in Naruto.

Think of it as being a realist. There are actually quite a bit of us with this unique personality trait.

That's a good skill to have, however, can you remember what happened in the book other than vague descriptions after a week?

I type really well, I don't have to look at the keyboard at all. I learned to type at around 1st grade.

Cool. I wasn't into computers when i was young. When i was 13 i thought computer class was boring.
I think at my second highschool we did word processing which was to train you to type without needing to look but i hated it.
Now i love computers^^;

I didn't learn to touch type until college and then I tried to teach my nephew so he would be a better gamer and he just couldn't get into it. He's about 13, too. He liked playing MMORPG's but he would be a better player if he could type quickly and correctly to party members. ;_;

Maybe he'll come around someday. Since he got a computer and started playing these games his spelling has gotten a lot better.

I type alot but i dont think i'll ever be able to type without looking.
Maybe he needs a head set to talk instead of type? and also one of those crazy gamer mice that has like 50 buttons?
I have a mouse with enough buttons to use my mic, throw grenades and knife people. (FPS though, not MMO)

He had a microphone when he was younger and he annoyed the heck out of people so they would turn off the feed.

Besides which, making him type is a way better method to getting him to work on his spelling and grammar. My cousin learned to read because he wanted to play D&D. This seems to be a running thing in my family. I would be really happy if he could graduate high school, but his reading and writing skills were lower than they should have been (he's better at math, so it's that sort of situation). I tried showing him lots of typing games, but I think he enjoys the MMORPGs more.

What's even better is that if he can type, he can send us a message on Steam if he needs help or he just wants to talk. He's almost to a difficult age, and his guardian is super overbearing (she listens to his phone conversations sometimes).
