I currently have a membership active until August 8th, I was wanting to watch some anime the other night and every device is telling me that I need a premium membership even though I currently have one. Any attempts at putting a card on the account to auto renew my membership fails saying that I already Have an active membership. Is there anyway that I can fix the current problem and get back to watching anime again?

You should /contact customer support directly for any billing related issues.

Just so you know, you're showing up as a Normal member to me.
